What services does Complete Home Care provide?

Do you provide overnight or live-in care?

Is this medical or non-medical care?
As a Maryland Residential Services Agency, we focus on non-medical in-home support β help with daily living, companionship, wellness routines, and personal care. For specific clinical needs, we're happy to talk through how we fit into your overall care.
Can care plans change over time?
Yes. We review and adjust care plans as needs change, and we stay involved with ongoing check-ins to make sure the support remains the right fit.

Are your caregivers trained and background-checked?
Yes. All caregivers are professionally trained, background-checked, and meet Maryland's Residential Services Agency requirements.
How many caregivers do you have?
We have more than 300 trained caregivers on staff across Maryland, giving us the depth to match every client with the right person and cover any schedule.
How do you match a caregiver to my loved one?
We consider the care plan, schedule, and personality fit, then carefully match a qualified caregiver. If the fit isn't right, we'll make a change promptly.
Is Complete Home Care licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a licensed Maryland Residential Services Agency (RSA R4253R), licensed and insured, with background-checked, professionally trained caregivers.

What happens during the free assessment?
We listen to your situation, answer your questions, and discuss the daily support that would help most. From there we design a care plan tailored to the client's routine and preferences.
How quickly can care begin?
Timing depends on the care plan and schedule, but we move as quickly as we responsibly can. Call 410-343-4353 and we'll give you a realistic timeline for your situation.

What are your hours?
Care is available 24/7 β our caregivers support clients around the clock. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
What scheduling options are available?
We offer hourly, daily, and long-term care, plus overnight and extended hours β flexible support designed to fit your family's routine.

How much does care cost?
